Packed Lunch Scrolls send this to a friend

Your school pals will want to ditch their lunches and dig into yours when they see these yummy scrolls!

These lunch box snacks can even be eaten regularly

Cheesy Ham Scrolls (makes 12)

What you need:

* 2 cups self-raising flour
* 100g cold butter, chopped
* 1/2 cup milk
* Extra self-raising flour, to dust
* 1/4 cup pizza sauce
* 3/4 cup grated tasty cheese
* 100g shaved leg ham, finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

What to do:

1. Place flour and butter into food processor bowl. Process until mixture looks like sand. With the motor running, slowly add the milk.

2. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape into a ball.

3. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll out dough to form a 30cm square.

4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1cm border around the edges. Sprinkle with cheese and ham. Roll up dough firmly to form a log.

5. Cut about 2cm off each end of the log. Cut the log cross ways into 12 equal spirals. Place scrolls flat on two oven trays lined with baking paper. Brush the spirals with sweet chilli sauce.

6. Cook in a hot oven (200 degrees C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow scrolls to cool on trays. Enjoy the scrolls warm, or allow them to cool completely and take them to school in your lunch box.
